Tacoma and Pierce County Restaurants
March 24 Update
Dine-in restaurant operations may be closed in Washington State, but you still have to eat.
There's good news: Take-out and delivery operations are still available, which means you can still dive into a plate of pad see iew, a huge hamburger, some fresh enchiladas, a wood-fire pizza overflowing with mozzarella, or a bowl of steaming-hot pho. Not only that, you'll be supporting the small-business owners who make up the backbone of Pierce County's restaurant and culinary community. Win-win.
Here are two resources that are being regularly updated with Pierce County restaurants offering take-out and delivery:
- The Tacoma News Tribune's food writer, Kristine Sherred, is keeping a list, scannable by type of cuisine, that shows you who's open, and what they're serving up.
- Dine Pierce County is maintaining a list here as well. Below is that list displayed on a map, so you can find a place near you with their doors (or drive-through windows, or curbside pick-up service) still open.
