Our mac and cheese is made with Tillamook cheddar cheese from Oregon. The chicken we serve is organic free-range from Draper Valley Farms located in Mount Vernon, WA. Stewart's Meat Market in Yelm, WA exclusively handcrafts our beef bacon. The catfish is farm raised in Mississippi using only the strictest environmental standards.
