- Space NotesOur 5,400 square foot ballroom is divisible by three. The Sterling Foyer outside the ballroom is 2,520 square feet in size. The hotel’s Onyx Room of 1,560 square feet is divisible by two. The Ruston Boardroom is 430 square feet. Hotel also offers a covered outdoor Waterview Terrace at 1,875 square feet, in addition to a Rooftop Terrace and Cobalt Room with a total of 2,085 square feet for special functions.
