La Finestra is the Italian word for window, an appropriate name for a space filled with floor to ceiling windows providing crystal clear views of the Museum of Glass fountain and the Thea Foss Waterway. The name also pays homage to the amazing pieces on display at the Museum of Glass in downtown Tacoma, where we're located. We are passionate about many things. Chief among them, the city of Tacoma, cooking with local ingredients, and sourcing wine from small, family vineyards. We are inspired by the opportunity to create a unique café, specializing in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Our goal is to source the highest quality local ingredients we can in order to produce approachable, affordable food that matches the inspiration the Museum of Glass bestows upon each of its guests. Open Wednesday through Sunday 10am - 5pm.
