Campfires and candlelight provide illumination for this outdoor evening walking tour of Fort Nisqually Living History Museum. Immerse yourself in the smells, sights and sounds of a fall evening at Fort Nisqually.

Guests eavesdrop as more than a hundred historical interpreters bring to life the men, women, and children of the Hudson’s Bay Company in the year1859. Be entertained by songs, dances, and games. During the tours, these people from the past won't be aware of their 21st century visitors.

Advance ticket purchase for timed entry is required for this popular event!

Important Information: This is an outdoor event in a historic facility with low light and some uneven walking surfaces. For questions about accessibility, call (253) 404-3970. Event takes place rain or shine. Dress for the weather. NO UMBRELLAS, NO flashlights, NO photography, NO strollers allowed.

Your Tour includes a short Bus Ride from Point Defiance Zoo Parking Lot to Fort Nisqually. Please arrive at Point Defiance Zoo parking lot 15 minutes before your scheduled time. The time on the ticket is the time your bus leaves to go up to the Fort.* WILL CALL tickets will be at the Zoo parking lot. * The actual walking tour takes about an hour.* NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
