For more than100 years, Commencement Bay has been home to Fourth of July celebrations. From those celebrations came the annual tradition of Freedom Fair. The Tacoma Events Commission [TEC], organizer of Freedom Fair, invites visitors and residents from across the region to attend this year’s festivities June 29, July 1 and July 4.
