Providing print-ready images that can be used in your meeting brochure, program or slide show.
E-mailing advance information on events and attractions to your list of attendees [when their e-mail addresses are provided].
Providing brochures and maps.
Convention Planning
Name badges and registration bags are available. There is a minimal charge.
We can supply personnel for registration assistance or provide local information for a minimal fee [one-month notice required]. We can also direct you to organizations from which you can hire such assistance.
Official Welcome Letters & Proclamations
The CVB can arrange for welcome letters - for groups of 500 delegates or larger - from city and/or county officials. These can be printed in your program or distributed to attendees in their registration packets. [Please allow a one-month processing time.]
Welcome Signs
A welcome message to your delegates can be distributed to local businesses and posted throughout the community. Welcome signs are free to groups of 500 delegates or more.
Visitor Guides & Brochures
The Travel Tacoma + Pierce County Visitor Guide can be provided to your group for use in registration bags or as a hand-out. There is a minimal charge for quantities in excess of the complimentary amount.
