Sales
- Hosted two sales consultations
- Sent sales eBlast to 750 opt-in meeting planners
- Attended Collaborate Marketplace in Las Vegas with nearly 300 meeting planners, where the sales team had 25 appointments with planners to generate future business
- Attended POW WOW in Los Angeles to promote Pierce County and Washington State to international tour operators in partnership with Washington Tourism Alliance, Yakima Valley CVB, Olympia-Tumwater-Lacey CVB and Squaxin Island Tribe
- Attended Reunion Friendly Network’s ConFAM conference for military reunion planners which has already generated two leads [and more are coming]

- Exhibited at the Travel + Words Conference in Port Townsend which was attended by approximately 60 regional travel writers and tourism organizations

Visitor Services
- Assisted 643 visitors in the Visitor Information Center [VIC] and 1,130 visitors at onsite events
- Volunteers contributed 212 hours [$4,620 in-kind value]
- Sold $224 in VIC merchandise
- Volunteer of the Month: Mark Hardie
- Assisted and provided onsite services for four regional events: Northwest Motor Scooter Poker Run, Dive + Travel Expo, Ruston Way 5K and American Massage Therapy Association
