Creating unforgettable visitor experiences is all about exceptional customer service, warm hospitality and offering a local's perspective to out-of-towners.

We'll have a panel of customer service pros sharing their tools and past experiences for creating a memorable customer experience. Panelists include Nerissa Cruz (Courtyard by Marriott); Dan Hockaday (Hotel Murano); Nella Hawks (Tacoma Visitor Information Center) and Chad Hall (TRCVB).
