Tacoma native Gary Kurashima (aka "Mr. Warthog") has over 25 years of restaurant experience around the Pacific Northwest. From the Alaska Salmon Bake in Fairbanks to H.D. Hotspurs in Kent and the smoke pits at the Puyallup Fair, Gary has spent years learning the nuances of great barbeque. Warthog serves authentic barbeque brisket, ribs, pork, and slow-smoked prime rib. Our location can serve large catering groups in our banquet room; we serve beer and wine, and have outdoor dining as well.
