Different types of art making will be demonstrated; from sculpting to printmaking, rock polishing to collage, painting to puppetry, come watch artists in action and make art. There will be professional artists, student artists and the community is invited to join in making art: learn a hula dance, make a shadow puppet and a pop-up book. See an artist using a letterpress to print with, a master bead maker will let you make a bead and take it home. Learn to paing on glass and then make a print or two of your painting. So many things to do. This will be a fun day for everyone. More details will be coming about artists participating in the day. The hours are from noon to 5 pm and is a free family event.
