Team TRCVB at the Culinary Crawl
With assistance from the freshly launched TourismRevealed.com/Mobile, the Culinary Crawl helped us nearly double our investigators and almost quadruple visits to TourismRevealed.com from January to February. TourismRevealed.com/Mobile is a user-friendly site for mobile phones and allows "use my location" capabilities to submit evidence. The mobile site also gave me a reason to develop a QR code for the first time and use it on the Culinary Crawl posters (what is a QR code?).
Formatted after a pub crawl, investigators checked-in at the Harmon Pub + Brewery and went to as many Tourism Revealed locations throughout the night as they could. The investigators came back, turned in their evidence and won amazing raffle prizes.
Each and every participant reported having a great time; the same feedback we get from a lot of investigators.
