The 2012-2013 Tacoma + Pierce County Meeting Planner Guide design is well under way. The publication is your direct connection to meeting planners during their decision-making process. The publication is distributed to planners at several tradeshows throughout the year, targeting several types of meetings + events.
Who should participate: hotels, attractions, restaurants, event venues, business services. Your membership includes a directory listing in the publication. 

Why you should participate: Taking a quick minute to verify your directory listing ensures planners have accurate information for your business.

How to participate: Review your listing in last year's publication by EOB on Thursday, May 24. Email any changes to emily@traveltacoma.com
