Looking ahead - 2015 is our year!

Wednesday, May 13, 2015 3:23 PM

2014 was a great year for tourism in Pierce County - between hosting Go West Summit, a continued successful partnership with the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center, launching usopen.traveltacoma.com and hosting familiarization tours for international travel writers and tour operators we've been busy!

We're building off of that momentum as we head into 2015. We're currently preparing for the U.S. Open and working to create the best visitor experience so that we see returns on this event for years to come. Dining guides, destination videos and visitor guides are being created with the intention of bringing visitors back year after year. We couldn't have done it without YOU, our partners, and we're looking forward to celebrating you at the Annual Tourism Matters Meeting + Awards. 2015 is our time to shine and we can't wait to share it with you!

Do you want to know what else we've got up our sleeves for 2015? Join us at the Annual 2015 Tourism Matters Meeting + Awards March 26th.
