Getting to the Heart of our Customers
The Tacoma Regional Convention + Visitor Bureau is in the process of rebranding our destination to leisure travelers, meeting planners and tour operators. We would love for you to be involved.

We've been in the research phase for the past few months finding what identifies our region and inspires others to visit. So far, we have collected information through several customer surveys.

Our next step is to hold in-depth focus-group sessions with stakeholders [like you] from around Pierce County. We'll share and explore information from the customer surveys through structured conversation.

Everyone! Elected Officials, Sales + Marketing Professionals, General Managers, Owners, Frontline Customer Service Professionals. Did we forget anyone?

  • Get to the heart of your customers through structured conversation
  • Hear feedback from TRCVB customer survey responses
  • Be an integral part of shaping the destination brand

Please join us at one of the following:
  • Wednesday, July 25 from 2-4 p.m. at The Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse, Sumner
  • Thursday, July 26 from 1-3 p.m. at Pantages Theater, Tacoma
