tourism matters meeting + celebrity awards event is approaching!
Invitations are in the mail for the TRCVB's Tourism Matters Meeting + Celebrity Awards on Nov. 17! Join us for an educational and celebratory luncheon in the Summit Club at Cheney Stadium. Get a snapshot of what our tourism community has accomplished in the past year and learn what opportunities are ahead for the industry and your business.
The Tourism Matters Meeting is followed by the Tourism Celebrity Awards, which celebrates those in the community that have gone above and beyond for the tourism industry. Four awards will be presented: Tourism Professional of the Year, Community Unity, Allen C. Mason Tourism Visionary Award and the Sports Tourism Award (sponsored by the Tacoma-Pierce County Sports Commission).
This year's event theme is royal festivities. Indulge in the royal spirit and wear a fascinator, feather hat or top hat, whichever suits your fancy. It will be a fun and informational event!
