Wednesday, March 15, 2017 12:00 PM by Calista Klein

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Are you ready to go green this weekend? Tacoma and Pierce County are. Local establishments throughout the county are hosting St. Patty's Day celebrations, so if you're still searching for someplace to enjoy the festivities, read on for 13 places where you can be Irish for a day.

Besides the Celtic themed festivities, there are plenty of theatrical productions and live musical performances happening Friday through Sunday. Are you a fan of Monty Python? John Cleese will be at the Pantages, and Tacoma's Musical Playhouse opens their production of Spamalot. The Diary of Anne Frank opens at the Sumner Performing Arts Center, while Chris Botti and Eric Church play the Tacoma Dome. Have a great weekend!
