The past really will come alive this fall at the Washington State History Museum. More precisely, it will become undead.

“Terror in Tacoma” will take over the museum from Oct. 25–27. It’s a haunted house being put on by the museum as a fundraiser.

Don’t expect history lessons here, said Scott Schoenen, director of marketing for the museum. “Our objective is to terrorize you,” he said.
